Bart Oomens

 

Bart Oomens is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Swede-Holland Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Bart has worked extensively in sub-Saharan Africa over the past ten years. He has negotiate – and currently advises on the implementation of – multi-billion dollar extractive projects, while also providing strategic advice to the boards of large-scale investors and Governments.

 

Before co-founding Swede-Holland Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Bart was CEO and International Business Developer at Oembasa Trading, Construction, Consulting & Finance which is still operational in South Africa and Belgium. Bart is involved in many partnerships and has Board member positions in different companies and sectors across Africa.

 

Among other things, he is responsible for business development and delivery. He has travelled extensively in sub-Saharan Africa over the last seven years developing a wide network of business, government and institutional contacts. He has been especially active in South and West Africa over the past ten years, completing projects in South Africa, Cameroon, Nigeria, DR Congo, Ghana, Guinea, focused on large integrated agriculture, real-estate, infrastructure, road, rail, port and airport projects.

 

In addition to infrastructure, he has large experience in the extractive, agriculture and real estate sectors. He is responsible for developing client relationships and project implementation. Bart also regularly travels to sub-Saharan Africa to carry out research.

 

Conny Friberg

 

Conny Friberg is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Swede-Holland Holdings (Pty) Ltd. He is responsible for implementing projects and advise on the use of target audience analysis in complex environments during project implementation.

 

He has travelled extensively in sub-Saharan Africa over the last ten years developing a wide network of business, government and institutional contacts. He has been especially active in East and West Africa over the past ten year, completing projects in Kenia, Ghana, Guinea, Nigeria.

 

Before co-founding Swede-Holland Holdings (Pty) Ltd, Conny was CEO of MoFab Flexi Building System Handelsbolag in Sweden which is still operational.

 

In particular, Conny focused on a large integrated real estate and airport projects in Africa.

 

In addition to infrastructure, he has experience in the extractive, road and real estate sectors.
